At last, in Windows Seven, is possible to create a new folder using an hotkey combination:
CTRL + Shift + N

It’s similar to Apple Spotlight, limited to links (it’s not a desktop search like Spotlight or Google Desktop), but it’s useful to launch your programs without using mouse.
Just type alt+space and write what you want to launch, you’ll be prompted with more options similar to your search.

In Windows Vista i menù in explorer sono disabilitati di default. Per abilitarli basta aprire una qualsiasi cartella (anche Computer), premere Alt per far comparire il menù, poi: Strumenti, Opzioni cartella, Visualizzazione. Poi selezionare la voce “Mostra sempre i menù” e premere Applica alle cartelle.
